FAQ

1. Will my toddler slip in these?

Non-slip rubber grips cover the entire sole, not just a few dots. They're designed for hardwood, tile, and playground surfaces — the same traction as a real shoe, with the flexibility of a sock.

2. Are they safe for developing feet?

Yes. Toddlers ages 1–4 develop balance and arch strength best in flexible, barefoot-style footwear. Our soles bend with the foot instead of forcing it into a rigid shape, and there's no arch support blocking natural muscle development.

3. How do I get the size right?

Measure your child's foot from heel to longest toe, then add about 0.5 cm of room. Our chart matches that measurement to a size. If they're between sizes, go up — the stretch upper adapts as they grow.

4. What if I order the wrong size?

30-day guarantee. If they don't fit, we'll exchange or refund — no need to send back a worn pair with a story attached.

6. Will my toddler pull them off?

The elastic ankle cuff sits above the ankle bone, which makes them much harder to yank off than a regular sock or a velcro shoe.
